Portfolio hover transform

A free portfolio hover layout section that is replicated from one of the demos featured on the Divi transformations post "The Amazing New Divi Transformation Controls!".

This layout uses built using the transform options in the Divi Builder to set box shadows and transformations to give a unique hover effect. To use just download the file layout zip from Divi Theme Examples and unzip to extract the .json file. You can then either import the layout into your Divi library or just drag & drop the file into your front-end Visual Builder.
