This is a free download from Mark Hendriksen and requires you to sign up for a free membership and download the package from your dashboard (free Divi layouts)

This layout pack uses the new Divi 4.0 Theme Builder to create the custom header and footer so you will need to import the Theme Builder templates along with the Divi Layouts. Read the instructions on the download page!
